Animated Rascals

Olaf the Snowman is a character from the 2013 animated film Frozen produced by Walt Disney.
Olaf is an extremely benevolent snowman-optimistic, outgoing and welcoming to all he meets. He likes warm hugs. Sprung from Elsa’s magical powers, Olaf is by far the friendliest snowman to walk the mountains above Arendelle. His innocence, outgoing personality and uncanny ability to disassemble himself at good and not-so-good times lead to some awkward, albeit laughable moments. Olaf, in his innocence is prone to making considerably sassy remarks that have a deeper meaning. He isn’t just funny, Olaf represents innocent love and the joy the sisters once had, he’s also got a “big role to play representing the innocent love in the scale of fear versus love”

Timon and Pumbaa

Timon and Pumbaa are an animated warthog and meerkat duo introduced in Disney’s 1994 animated film The Lion King.
Timon is a wise-cracking and self-absorbed meerkat who is known for claiming Pumbaa’s ideas as his own, while Pumbaa has flatulence issues. However, Pumbaa is also a fierce warrior, charging into battle like a battering ram, and taking great offense if anyone who’s not his friend calls him a pig, at which point he exclaims “They call me Mister pig!
Timon is also iconic for being best friends with Pumbaa, the warthog. The two are nearly inseparable, and are shown together constantly. Being extremely close, they share interests such as sleeping, fun-filled activities, and most of all, eating bugs, which they mostly refer to as grubs. The duo are also known to argue time and time again, mostly because of Timon’s selfishness and Pumbaa’s ultimate nobility causing their personalities to clash.

Genie is the tritagonist in Disney’s 1992 animated feature film, Aladdin. He is the all powerful spirit residing in a magical oil lamp hidden within the cave of wonders meant to only serve the ‘diamond in the rough’.
Full of life, and bursting with positive energy, the Genie is a happy-go-lucky character, with power and abilities primarily used to concoct humorous jokes for the amusement of both himself, and those around him.
Having spent a majority of his early life (over 10,000 years) trapped within a lamp, Genie tends to take advantage of his extremely rare moments of freedom by exploiting his incredible powers to entertain his new masters and acquaintances.  Genie comes off as a flamboyant showman when first introduced. In addition, when first greeted, the genie immediately becomes loyal to his new master, and continuously emphasizes the fact that his purpose is to magically enhance their lives by any means necessary (so long as it doesn’t interfere with the three rules of wishing).
Genie is one of the most powerful major character in the Disney universe shown so far.

Beavis – Beavis and Butt-Head :By Mike Judge

Beavis is a sidekick and follower – who is a loose cannon.
He is a zero when it comes to intelligence and displays signs of being a bit of a pyromaniac. Bevis is often oblivious to what should be obvious, His hasty actions usually end in disaster, ranging from being deported to Mexico to severely injuring himself.
Cornholio is an alter ego of Beavis – Beavis sometimes undergoes a radical personality change, usually after consuming large amounts of sugar or caffeine, Which leaves him yelling and screaming erratically, producing a stream of gibberish and strange noises. As swell as pulling his shirt collar over his head just to top it off, Cornholio is normally a dormant persona .

Eric Cartman – South Park :By Trey Parker

Cartman is an elementary school student who is one of four central characters in South Park he lives with his mother in the fictional town.

He has been portrayed as aggressive, arrogant, narcissistic, as well as extremly psychopathic not to mention a sociopath and manipulative. But highly intelligent and able to execute morally appalling plans and business ideas with success.                                    Cartman is considered to be the most popular character on South Park.

Bender – Futurama :By Matt Groening

Bender Made in Mexico is a sociopath of steel (er, well, iron, titanium, lead, zinc, dolomite and nickel), who has kidnapped Jay Leno’s head and sent his own son to robot hell. But he really just wants to be a folk-singer.

Rascal Character – Top 5

Blinky Bill is an iconic Australian character who stays forever etched in my childhood. Blinky is a mischievous character, who always seems to be landing in trouble with his crew Nutsy, Splodge, Flap and Marcia. Blinky was created by a New Zealand artist named Dorothy Wall, who wrote a series of books based around the adventures of an anthropomorphic koala.

Clothed in patchy red overalls and a carrying a bindle, Blinky manages to look hilarious, cheeky and loveable at the same time. His facial expressions are classic and say so much about who he is as a razcal. The tv show always had an underlying theme about conservation and protecting animals against deforestation. Who knew a kids cartoon could be so deep.

Rick Sanchez

Rick and Morty is a science fiction cartoon for adults that was originally based on a parody of Marty McFly and the Doc from Back to the Future. Rick is the eccentric scientist and alcoholic grandfather who is the main protagonist of the show. His sidekick is his grandson Morty, a socially awkward teenager who helps Rick out with his bizarre inventions and joins him on ~ZaNy~ misadventures across dimensions. Rick is cynical of everything and a pessimist who shows psychopathic tendencies towards anyone that threatens him.

Bubbles from Powerpuff Girls

The Powerpuff Girls is a cartoon about three sisters with super powers who defend their town against villains and giant monsters. The Powerpuff Girls were created by Professor Utonium in an attempt “to create the perfect little girls” using a mixture of “sugar, spice, and everything nice” However, he accidentally spilled a mysterious substance called “Chemical X” into the mixture.

Bubbles is the cute and sensitive sister. Named after her bubbly personality, her character’ ingredient is sugar. Her signature colour is blue, and she has short blonde hair in two pigtails. Bubbles is seen as kind and very sweet but she is also capable of extreme rage and can fight monsters just as well as her sisters can. She has the ability to understand multiple languages and communicate with various animals (squirrels, cats, monsters), and her unique power is emitting supersonic waves with her voice.

Ryuk the Shinigami from Deathnote

Deathnote is a Japanese anime about a high school student called Light who discovers a supernatural notebook (the death note) that falls down from an unknown dimension into his sight. A Shinigami (death god) named Ryuk grants the user the ability to kill anyone whose name is written in the book. The show revolves around Light’s attempts to create and rule a world “cleansed of evil” using the Deathnote. This doesn’t go exactly as planned and the efforts of a committed detective known as “L” try to stop him from his criminal killing spree.

I put Ryuk because I think he is a rascal. He never gives anything away to the main character and laughs devilishly at trivial things that stop Light in his quest to form a perfect world. Ryuk is quite fond for red apple as this is the only Earthly food he can eat. Despite looking like a crazy creepy monster – he is far from it. Ryuk is characterized by his constant amusement by, and apathy in regards to Light’s problems as well as his interest in humans. He enjoys seeing Light overcome the various challenges put to him, and often waits until the worst possible moment to inform him of a certain aspect of the Death Note just to get a laugh. He is occasionally helpful if it serves his own interests, such as obtaining apples or furthering his own amusement.

Tracey McBean is an Australian girl who goes to school with her best friend Shamus. Together they use Tracey’s inventions for all kinds of purposes, like school competitions and simply for fun. Tracey loves inventing over-the-top devices and contraptions and uses the caravan in her backyard for inventing. Her inventions often backfire but are amusing none-the-less. I think Tracey is a hilarious rascal because she is always using her creations to help or assist in a situation but most times it doesn’t help or work and leads to more chaos.
